- Advance reservations are recommeneded. A deposit of one night's stay is required to hold the reservation and payment must be received within a week after reservation is made. Balance due upon arrival. (Sorry we do not accept credit cards, checks only) Refunds will be given with 3 weeks advanced notice for cancellation. There will be a small processing fee. Deposits for reservations on major holidays will be one half of length of stay. Cancellation for holidays must be received one month in advance for refund.

(no exceptions) - Room rates are for double occupancy and include a continental breakfast

(Single $135.00 per night) - Guests are welcome to check in from 3:00 to 6:00p.m. Please call to make arrangements for early or late arrival. Check out time is 12:00 noon.
- Smoking is confined to the outside front porch, with the permission of other guests there at the time. No smoking in the house.
- Your proprietress will be happy to assist with any special requests or requirements with adequate notice.
