- Advance reservations are recommeneded. A deposit of one night's stay is required to hold teh reservation and payment must be received within a week after reservation is made. Balance due upon arrival. (Sorry we do not accept credit cards, checks only) Refunds will be given with 3 weeks advanced notice for cancellation. There will be a small processing fee. Deposits for reservations on major holidays will be one half of length of stay. Cancellation for holidays must be received one month in advance for refund.
- $125.00 per night with two night minimum. (Three night minimum for majoy holidays.
- Room rates are for double occupancy and include a continental breakfast each morning (Single $110.00 per night)
- Guests are welcome to check in from 3:00 to 6:00p.m. Please call to make arrangements for early or late arrival. Check out time is 12:00 noon.
- Smoking is confined to the outside front porch, with the permission of other guests there at the time. No smoking in the house.
- Your proprietress will be happy to assist with any special requests or requirements with adequate notice.
